Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
- The parent name may have been entered at the time of purchase instead of a student name.
- The name at the time of ordering may have been transposed by the purchaser. *The First and Last name were entered in the wrong fields. Example: First and last Name of John Smith were entered by purchaser as Smith John.
- You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
- You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date located in upper right of email confirmation.
- Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
- You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
- You may not have ordered a yearbook.
